The floor to ceiling windows from every room were spectacular - it was an easy drive into town - the kitchen was well- equipped and the pool was perfect x Paul was very attentive and the communication was great - from the time we booked until we left.

− The beds and bedding were not super comfortable for us - but I prefer a softer bed - the WiFi went out daily as well as the power and obviously not the fault of Paul or the property it just would have been good to have a heads up at the start of our stay & also to show us how to reset the breaker if needed.

What a relaxing stay in an amazing place with the friendliest host!

Paul was an incredible host and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Honestly the pictures don't do it justice! The views from the deck were amazing and the pool was refreshing after a morning spent surfing. We didn't cook, but the the house was well equipped with pans, utensils, coffee maker etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a nice surprise. The place was very clean as well! Location was quite nice for us, but this could be a complaint of others. It isn't right in town, but an ATV or motorcycle rental is a great way to go and you're only a couple minutes from town. We walked to and from town a few times before renting vehicles, so it isn't that far. The views more than make up for the short ride. Additionally, there is a very nice small market and cafe across the street which was quite convenient. Finally, they have tennis and pickleball court rentals for a small fee, which was very nice as well. I couldn't have imagined a better stay and a better host.

Brand New home, fully stocked for cooking and fun in the pool and close to all the amenities of Nosara. the pictures are real, the open jungle and ocean views were great. As two families with young kids, we all felt super safe as there’s a guarded gate just below the property and it’s part of the 506 Tennis Center. Paul, the host, was super friendly and checked in frequently throughout our stay. It was a perfect Nosara base of operations.

− There is quite a bit of development going on around the 506 Tennis Center, so don’t be surprised by a small amount of construction noise during the day. We mostly were at the beach during the construction hours anyways, so it was not big deal. It was not loud inside the house. looking through all the windows with the AC on was great!
