− De douche op gelijkvloers was klein.
Goede locatie en ruime keuken, huis kan wel wat kleine verbeteringen gebruiken

− Geen volledige verduistering mogelijk boven, doorgezakte matrassen, badkamermeubels moeten hersteld worden, 2 van de 3 douches werken niet goed, slechts 1 bot keukenmes beschikbaar
