A very nice place to stay.
9.0Close to Machynlleth for the Comedy festival. A fire was ready laid with some extra logs. The place felt welcoming and there is a nice village pub a few hundred yards away.
− No upstairs toilet (although it wouldn’t stop me staying there again)
Pennal short stay
7.0Woodburner. Games room. Comfortable home from home. Had everything we needed.
− Street light near to bedroom There were some dirty crockery/ cutlery unfortunately

Lovely all round experience
10.0As soon as I saw this property on booking.com I knew it would be right for us. I wasn’t disappointed as when we arrived it was bigger than I’d expected. The more I looked around the more I noticed how many extras had been thought of by the host for those that need things like, baby facilities, all the kitchen equipment etc… The only thing that we noticed was not a fault of the property, but from the main bedroom the cars going by from the early hours were very loud. So please note to take ear plugs with you. We met the owners as we were leaving and they are absolutely lovely people. Do note, that there is no shop in the village so collect your necessaries before arrival. Overall fantastic stay 😊
− Just the noisy cars that past in the early hours - but this is not a property fault. Just a note to others to take ear plugs is sleeping in master bedroom. Walls and doors are solid so did not effect the kids room
