8.0Lugar bem tranquilo, casa bem grande com garagem para vários carros piscina grande e bastante espaço para crianças. A localização é bem centralizada fácil acesso às cachoeiras, supermercado padaria bem próximo.
− Alguns utensílios de cozinha estão com o cabo danificado porém da pra quebrar um galho.
