− Before you move in, the owner will ask you to pay a RM300 deposit. This is hidden before you rent the property. You have to keep chasing after him to get the deposit back, otherwise the owner will be completely silent.

− i still have not gotten my deposit back. the host keeps delaying and unresponsive after i ask for my deposit.

− The bathroom water pressure was to low not suitable to have a shower. There is no clothes hanger inside the washroom & bottom room without aircond.
