7.0Large property, good location.
− Heating didn’t work, we were only there for a few days and over a weekend so not much to be done. Owner provided hot water contingency and there was an aga in one room, rest of house very cold.

9.0Lots of space for the whole family to enjoy. The games room was a bonus we weren't expecting. It was everything we expected from a traditional farm house.
− The entrance on to the road is tight for length.
