10.0The nice house very close to the sand beach. The house is nicely furnished with all equipment you need for a week. It has nice big terrace and shower outside to wash out the sea water. Everything is very convenient. We were happy staying there. Thank you
One of the nicest homes in Santa Maria del Focallo
10.0Great location, well equipped, stylish, squeaky clean, quiet, lovely garden areas and rooftop terrace, parking, all very private and safe, and with direct access to the beach via a sand path. I rented the place for my son and his spouse and they loved it. The hosts are very helpful and went above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. I’m a local, so I know it’s not easy to find places this nice in the area. Very reasonably priced too for what you actually get.
− This isn’t a big deal, but I think the listing should describe more clearly that there are actually two homes on the property. There is plenty of space between them, and it wasn’t a problem for us as no one was staying in the other house, but if you’re looking for privacy, it might not be ideal in high season when places tend to be fully booked. Also, nervous drivers beware: the exit onto the curve in the main road is tricky and requires a spotter.
