7.0Nonostante si tratti di una vecchia casa con diverse cose da migliorare, la sua posizione perfetta a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco, in un quartiere molto pittoresco ma lontano dalle grandi masse turistiche che ti permette di godere di una Venezia più autentica, il prezzo estremamente competitivo e la gentilezza dell'host, ci hanno comunque consentito di godere a pieno della nostra vacanza.

3.0La posizione è perfetta. Vicina a Piazza S.Marco e ben servita dal traghetto fermata Celestia.
− La casa è in stato di abbandono, non funzionava internet (che dopo 2 giorni è stato riparato), gli specchi e i vetri delle finestre sono rotti, l'armadio della camera principale (che sarebbe una bellissima stanza, con tanto di caminetto) ha un'anta divelta e una inesistente e dentro ci sono copripiumini accatastati dentro un sacco nero dell'immondizia! La cucina ha un"intollerabile odore di muffa, gli spazi all'aperto sono inagibili, un lavandino e la doccia intasati, la lavastoviglie non funziona, metà delle prese divelte, in cucina a vista uno stendibiancheria pieno di lenzuola ad asciugare e dietro altra biancheria accatastata. Le spugnette sui lavandini facevano orrore. Perché??? Sarebbe un bell'appartamento! Sistemalo, PULISCILO (!!) e fai anche pagare di più... Boh...

8.0I loved the feeling of staying in a traditional Venetian home. To be living within history. A beautiful location, gorgeous local restaurants within steps of the front door, easy access to the ferry, San Marco Square, The Basilica and Rialto Bridge. For people who need luxury to travel, probably not the best fit, but for people who want to experience true Venetian life, I can not recommend this place highly enough.
− The front door is a little difficult to get open, only due to the way Venice's foundations shift and move.
