Fabulous cottage with an exceptional host.
10.0Beautiful cottage in the middle of nowhere. Excellent facilities and very well kept. The host was brilliant, very speedy to respond and sorted out an issue we had with the washing machine straight away. Definitely would be keen to stay again.

9.0The facilities were great Nothing missing from the kitchen All rooms are great sizes Location is alittle remote but so beautiful Owners are so helpful giving out recommendations Answering any questions we had before or during the stay And did anything to help our stay easier Just a really lovely base for our wonderful week in Devon as a family
− There is not much within walking distance But shouldn’t put anyone off Setting is worth it Nothing else I could say that was negative

8.0Well kitted out with all you could want or need.
− We had hoped it might be nearer Totnes, and it was our fault we did not study the map clearly enough. We had to drive everywhere, even to walk the dog. However once we knew that, we were able to see and do all we hoped for.

8.0The kitchen appliances - Fridge/Freezer/Electric Hob and Dishwasher were excellent, glasses, utensils, crockery, all available. Louise was always available for queries re how to work the oven,and local knowledge
− Ryland could benefit from a deeper clean before guests arrive, cushions on the kitchen chairs, cobwebs and dust below sofas, in nooks and crannies in the bedrooms. The Cold Tap coming off on the bath and a slow drain needs attention.
