A hidden gem!

The property was all you could ask for for a seaside getaway! Spacious, clean, a comfy bed, and all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you need. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the pub, and 15 minutes from a good takeaway. 15 minute drive and you’re in Chichester, which was well worth a good explore. We will definitely be back here again!

Really lovely, well equipped property - clean, modern, perfect for our stay over Christmas. The host couldn't have been more helpful, the house is immaculate, the street is quiet and the beach is on your doorstep. Also some nice cafes and restaurants in nearby East Wittering. Would definitely stay again! 10/10

Though we loved the location we were a little disappointed with some other aspects of it.

The location was amazing, it really was a 5 minute walk to a very empty part of the beach. Which was lovely. The weather was amazing so we spent most of our time on the beach. The sofas in the downstairs were really comfy and plenty of space for the 3 of us. A big TV though we didn't use it. A drive way to park the car rather than parking on the street. Less than 15 mins walk to the shop

− The neighbours were quite noisy, (there were 3 dogs very nearby, one was kept outside for one night and was whining till after 2 in the morning.) The houses are very close together so the noise of power tools etc is amplified. The shower/toilet room was very small. There were no curtains in the bedrooms and the blinds were not very good at keeping the light out. The kitchen cupboards were all full, (one had a huge box of champagne glasses in it and an old stereo) so I had to empty one of them to put my food in. Some of the outside furniture was broken which was a shame.

Very comfortable and cozy and as described literally only 4 to 5 minutes from the beach. My husband and I together with our son and daughter-in -law and two dogs enjoyed the walks to the local pub and beach The garden was excellent, completely secluded.

− Not enough saucepans and frying pans. Everything else was excellent
