Το σπίτι είναι καλό. Η συντήρηση είναι από τις χειρότερες που έχουμε συναντήσει. Εύκολα διορθώνεται.
7.0Η γειτνίαση με τη θάλασσα. Άνετο σπίτι. Μεγάλος κήπος. Κοντά στην Αθήνα (κάτω από 2 ώρες). Η Ερέτρια είναι στα 7 λεπτά και έχει από όλα. Μεγάλη TV. Καλό Ίντερνετ, άνετο σαλόνι και υπνοδωμάτια.
− Δεν είχε κουρτίνες! Απαράδεκτο, δεδομένου ότι τα παντζούρια δεν κράταγαν έξω το φως. Το καλοκαίρι θα είναι χειρότερα. Δεν υπήρχαν χερούλια από έξω στις μπαλκονόπορτες και σαν αποτέλεσμα βγαίνοντας στο μπαλκόνι, ή στον κήπο δεν μπορούσες να κλείσεις τη μπαλκονόπορτα (κρύο/ζέστη, έντομα, ρεύμα αέρα, κ.ά). Δεν μπορούσες να στερεώσεις τις μπαλκονόπορτες για να μη σπάσουν τα τζάμια από ρεύμα αέρος. Δεν υπήρχαν σίτες. Η κυρίως είσοδος θα έπρεπε να έχει χερούλι και απέξω. Κινδυνεύεις να κλειδωθείς έξω. Υπήρχαν λαμπτήρες καμμένοι (π.χ. κουζίνα, βεράντα). Στην κουζίνα μερικά χερούλια των ντουλαπιών μας έμεναν στο χέρι. Στο κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο είχε πολλά ντουλάπια, αλλά τα περισσότερα δεν έκλειναν. Το PIN που μας δόθηκε για να παραλάβουμε τα κλειδιά, ήταν λάθος. Η πύλη του κήπου ήταν πάνω στην εθνική οδό Χαλκίδας-Αλιβερίου. Σαν αποτέλεσμα ή είσοδος/έξοδος είχε ρίσκο. Θα μπορούσατε να τοοθετήσετε καθρέφτη και να βάλετε την πύλη 3 μέτρα πιο μέσα έτσι ώστε το αυτοκίνητο να μην αναγκάζεται να σταματήσει στο δρόμο, μέχρι να μπει/βγει, όπως έχουν κάνει κάποιοι γείτονες. Το σπίτι μύριζε υπόνομο. Μετά από έρευνα ανακαλύψαμε ότι οφείλεται στο φρεάτιο του WC ισογείου, για το οποίο υπήρχε καπάκι, αλλά δεν ήταν στη θέση του. Επίσης η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας είχε 'ίχνη'. Δεδομένων των παραπάνω η τιμή είναι υπερβολική

10.0Great stay!The house is unique,spacious and cool,has everything and is completely renovated recently!It is literally on the sea and has incredible energy!We enjoyed the coolness of the 2 AC in the bedrooms and used the kitchen for our dinner!Wewill definitely be back for longer vacations!.
