8.0− Die Lage ist zwar optimal, aber es ist doch sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage im oberen Stockwerk ist defekt. Ein Geschirrtuch wäre fein. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig.

7.0Das Haus ist an einer Toplage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Markusplatz. Das Haus ist grosszügig und ist gut ausgestattet (Kaffee, Zucker, Geschirr, Zusatzdecken usw.). Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Tolle Dachterrasse!
− Das Haus ist nicht genug geheizt und so war es kalt, trotz zur Verfügung gestellter Elektroöfen. Die Sauberkeit war ungenügend. Toiletten und Bidet nicht gründlich geputzt, staubige Oberflächen und schmutzige Stühle. Das Haus ist zudem sehr laut. Die Fenster müssten erneuert werden. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat oder morgens gerne ausschläft, dem würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Man hört alles, und Händler fahren frühmorgens mit lauten Karren durch die Gasse.
