10.0House was lovely, amazing views of the mountain and well equipped. Very clear instructions on getting in and manuals with how to use the air con etc.
− host was not responsive to messages which in this case didn't really matter as nothing was that urgent, but if there was anything urgent or impacting my stay i wonder if this would have perhaps negatively impacted things. I also think the check in and check out times are quite harsh, no check in until 4pm and check out by 10am when you are paying a decent price for the space isn't ideal. Still giving it a 10 as this didn't impact our stay but more just points I think they could improve on.
