Giovanni ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft befindet sich unmittelbar am See. Die Sicht - aus jedem Zimmer mit direktem Seeblick - ist atemberaubend und das Haus wirklich sehr sauber. Es ähnelt einem Museum 😊. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund, welche hier auch super willkommen sind. Giovanni hatte uns auch super Tipps zu lokalen Geschäften und leckeren Restaurants gegeben und ist für alle Fragen jederzeit zugänglich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Truly memorable! We loved and were honoured to stay in this unique villa which is actually a very loved family home. We knew from first sight it was the place for us. Giovanni’s love of people shone through in every way. From the moment of booking, we enjoyed every moment. Amazing cooking and happy hours on the beautiful outdoor area. EVERY spot and window (even the bathrooms) had jaw dropping views, even on a rainy day. Don't hesitate, book it!

Very large appartment, beautiful view on the lake, very clean as well. It looks like an old museum, with many old paintings, I like this style. Parking place available, which is more or less a must at the Como lake.

− Nothing, you have to climb some stairs, which might be difficult for elderly people.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location with a beautiful view. The house itself is large (easily slept 4 of us but I think there's room for 6), beautifully decorated like a museum, but very convenient. Well stocked kitchen. Terrace in the back. Comfortable living room. And have I mentioned the views over the lake? Wow. We could have spent much of our vacation on the porch, but we were also close to lots of Lake Como attractions. Bellano is a great town - not too touristy, not too small. There's a small, easily accessible beach literally right across the road. Finally, Giovanni is a terrific host. Accessible and welcoming but not intrusive. Great guy.

− The view is great because the house is high, so the climb up is basically a couple of flights. Not too bad, and worth it. But something to consider.

We really enjoyed our two days at this villa. Giovanni (the owner of the villa) is very hospitable and caring, he met us at the station and took us by car to the villa. The house has a beautiful view from the balconies on the lake, you can admire without leaving the house sunsets and sunrises. Everything we needed for a comfortable holiday for our family we found here. State-of-the-art kitchen appliances, gorgeous antique and stylish crockery, lots of wonderful paintings from past centuries made our holiday not only enjoyable but also aesthetically rich. In a couple of days we visited several towns of Lake Como by ferry. It was an unforgettable experience! The town centre, which we walked only 5 minutes to, offers very tasty and inexpensive food. I recommend it to everyone!

Loved the location. 15 min walk to the train. 5 min to town. Stunning sunsets. Unique and charming decor, felt right at home. Gio was so accommodating and helpful with any requests. I can’t believe we are so lucky to have found this place!

− The only thing to note is that there are stairs to the property and the bedrooms are upstairs.
