A spacious and well-located property with great potential, but the cleanliness, electricity charges, and lack of small t

The property is easy to access and located right at the front of the holiday homes area, with a convenient parking space directly in front. It’s spacious and comfortable for families, with a large dining table and six chairs that make meal times enjoyable. The hosts thoughtfully left badminton rackets, golf sticks, and balls for entertainment. The front porch is a lovely spot to sit and relax, especially in the evening. The area is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside views, and only a short drive to local attractions and Cenarth Falls. Overall, it’s a quiet and family-friendly place to unwind.

We sent a message regarding cleanliness & the host Nikki mentioned the place was very clean. However, when we arrived, the dark blue rug in the living room was absolutely filthy, full of dirt and hair. The sofa pillows were also dirty with hair stuck on them. Everything in the property runs on electricity and guests must pay for it separately. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights, mostly away during the day, yet still used about £25 worth of electricity, which feels very expensive. This important detail should be clearly stated on Booking.com. It’s also surprising that there were no complimentary tea bags or coffee provided in the kitchen, which is very unusual for a holiday home. A message from the host a day before checkout reminded us to leave before 10 am, which felt unnecessary and a bit unwelcoming. The garden area outside could also use some care, as the grass and weeds were overgrown. A bit more attention to cleanliness, hospitality, and outdoor maintenance would make this place much better.

Cute and cosy. Warm and had everything we needed for our 5 nights there. Close to the entrance, the pool and the bar area. Short drives to the most beautiful beaches.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Could have done with a clothes horse/airer just for our beach towels and things but we managed

Great little cabin

Fabulous location to stay in and the owner was very nice and always happy to help and responded to any messages really quickly. It was a very cosy little cabin and the dog loved it there so much that she didn't actually want to leave on the day we came home.

There were a few little hiccups through the week, such as a burst water main, which meant we had no water for a couple of days (through no fault to the owner) and we ran out of electric (which was very quickly resolved by the owner). Other than that no complaints, we would happily go back again for a holiday.
