10.0The hosts were great, super friendly and accommodating, and the cottage was lovely. The fire was lit and there were fresh scones waiting.

9.0The location is fantastic. Quiet, peaceful and wonderful views of surrounding countryside. Arrived to lit fire and scented candles. Communication from host was excellent who also provided freshly baked bread, jam, cream and scones. Highly recommend. Some other reviews mentioned that the property was half an hour out of Dorrigo, in our view this was a benefit as the location on the farm is so quiet and peaceful.
− Bathroom is old but functional. In our view this is a reasonable tradeoff given the other benefits of the property.

10.0Location was beautiful and serene. Hosts were so hospitable and made our stay above and beyond our expectations.

A relaxing and welcoming farm stay.
10.0Janniene and Hugh are the most gracious hosts! Nothing is too much or too little for them. They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. From the freshly baked bread, to scone with jam and cream, even a bottle of wine in the fridge! There is so many thoughtful inclusions like cereals, teas, biscuits and even stuff like aeroguard and board games were there. They have done a lovely job restoring the 120yr old cottage to a perfect mix of modern comfort without out taking away any of the historical charm. I loved hang out with the star attraction Sophie the dog! And we really enjoyed the trip in the buggy through the paddocks to meet the cows! The photos don't do this place justice! Its also the tidiest working farm I've ever seen.
