The accommodation is exceptional in all ways: construction with quality materials, generous spaces with modern functional architecture and wonderful seaview, relaxing interior palette blue - light gray color, personalized interior decorations, top endownment (climatization installation, refrigerator and freezer, electric cooking plate and oven, coffee machine, and all the rest). It is not a surprised to find the best quality liquid soap and shampoo, with the most precious product that only the island of Chios offers - mastic. It is very clean. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a welcome gift: mastic-based sweets. These are always available. And upon departure, you receive a farewell gift. Mrs. Virginia and her family (all warm and pleasant people) take great care of the maintenance of the buildings and the green spaces in the garden. Mrs. Virginia is available on WhatsApp for absolutely anything: suggestions for routes for each day, recommendations for restaurants and taverns, calling a taxi, etc. We emphasize that the location itself and the services offered are of the highest class. It is important to know that without a car you cannot take advantage of everything that the island of Chios has to offer. Monolia Maisonettes has its own parking place. The beach in the proximity is quiet and bohemian. It is a hill to go down at the beach from Monolia Maisonettes; harder at returning when going up. The beach itself is pebbled - you need to bring your own umbrella and sunbed if you want to spend the day there. The entrance to the sea is gentle, but it is full of large stones - you definitely need solid water shoes. There is a single tree on the beach that also has a name, "Hippie Tree", under the shade of which you can find two improvised benches, but also, surprise ... an exhibition of stones painted in watercolor by a group of locals. Mükemmel bir kahvaltı,kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca her gün değişik lezzetli ,sıcak omlet vs seçenekler ..Evin temizliği konumu manzarası ...sessizlik..huzur ve çok yardımcı olan Sevgili Virginia...kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz..

− Plaj bakımsız..daha temiz ve taşlardan arınmış olabilirdi..ancak berrak ve temiz

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept amazingly. It's lovely to have the sea right on your doorstep and wake up to the sound of the waves. The apartment is spacious and modern.
