− The entrance into the house could be made more accessible. As it has 2 steps and is not very accessible for those with disabilities. -outside windows were dirty and gardens not maintained -carpets and furniture starting to show its age

− The ducted heating was set too low and seemed to be off each morning, so the front of the house was cool. The aircon unit in the kitchen/family room was brilliant

10.0The house is well located to shops and botanical gardens but yet such a quite area and very beautiful inside and out, clean and tidy. Jess and Lea are amazing hosts and very helpful and making sure you have a beautiful stay. I would definitely recommend this place
