Breathtaking views, a great, relaxing holiday in the centre of Barmouth.
10.0Loved this rental - clean, cosy, comfortable and excellent communication from the owner, Steve. Chocolates, biscuits, milk, tea and coffee provided on arrival, so appreciated. There was everything you could possibly need, including a first aid kit ( something we’d never seen before in any other property). We arrived during a heatwave and were delighted to see a fan! 🫠 The lovely outdoor space gives a fantastic view of the estuary bridge and harbour.

Would have loved to stay again but the seagulls episode makes this unlikely
6.0Well presented and clean. Compact but Contained everything for a few days stay. Car park was some distance away but saved us a fortune in Barmouth parking fees! Great views once we had traversed the steps! Steve was available to answer any questions by phone.
− Let down a little by minor things like No bathroom plug Plastic bed lamps No shaving mirror The seating area outside was rather unloved and detracted a little from the views. A great pity was the fact that we were both attacked by seagulls on the steps protecting their young😳

− Sofa bed is a chair bed very uncomfortable and I thought there was a gate but there wasn't so my dog had to stay on his lead all stay.
