10.0A beautiful cottage, well decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Ideally located next to the restaurants and close to the beach too. Private parking. Just amazing, I can't recommend enough.
Lovely, relaxing stay. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay, but no heating and poor standard of showers put a negative on the house.
6.0GREAT LOCATION - Ideal for everything that the town of Beadnell offers. EXTREMELY CLEAN - All rooms were extremely clean. VERY SPACIOUS - Each room had lots of space, we did not feel cramped in any way. GREAT FACILITIES - Kitchen, Wifi, Amenities. INFORMATION - Phone App provided for guide of most aspects in the house.
− SHOWERS - All showers were of a very poor standard, HOT WATER - YES, SUITABLE PRESSURE - NO. HEATING - Had no heating in the property whatsoever for duration of stay even though stat was set at maximum. INFORMATION - No information provided to set heating if so required.

− Dishwasher seemed to be broken… or at least couldn’t get it to work and no instructions found. Main shower kept tripping electricity.
