L endroit est superbe, un quartier en pleine campagne loin du centre avec un très beau terrain. C’est calme, c’est beau ! Francesco est un hôte très chaleureux et très à l écoute. Et la villa est très jolie ! L emplacement est très central pour aller visiter les lieux majeurs des Pouilles

− La pièce à vivre cuisine salon salle à manger est très grande mais en sous-sol. Prévoir qu il faut monter et descendre un étage pour les repas et les repos. L été ce doit être délicieux d être au frais quand il fait très chaud dehors. Pour nous en mai avec un temps pas terrible c était un peu frais.

The outdoor area was superb for keeping entertained 2 young kids and dog. Especially the pool. The location is also excellent for day/half day trips to Alberobello, Matera, Monopoli, Ostuni etc

The villa is very spacious, has two floors and two bathrooms, and plenty of space around the house. We really liked the surroundings and the peace. It is an excellent point for trips to Arbelobello, Matera, Martina Franca, beautiful beach in Spiaggia Termitosa and more:) We had a great time. Francesco is a good host that is very responsive and helpful, giving us useful tips and providing with water on our arrival and a nice croissant breakfast once during the stay (thank you!:)

− We had a challenge of not having enough big cups for tea;) probably not used a lot around here. There are ants in one of the bathrooms. Adding dishwasher would add to the value.

Fine relaxing Holiday in a Perfect home

Francesco is a really friendly Host. Everything was perfect. The Villa is in the middle of nowhere… which we really enjoyed. You need a car… but weithin 15-30 Drive You can reach very beautyful villages and cities like Alberobello, Martina Franca, Mottola, … visit Castella Grotte is also highly recommended. Would come back everytime…

− Beds are a little bit too soft.

Patricia and Francesco are just great hosts: we had a really warm welcome, they were really helpful throughout our whole stay and there were lots of little extras we didn't even expect (some water in the fridge already, free wood for the barbecue, ...). The property is larger then we expected from the photos, the pool was perfectly clean when we arrived and there is a cleaning robot if you want it cleaned during your stay (fun to watch doing it's business :) at least for me) Around the house everything was perfectly clean, the kitchen is really well equiped, the bedrooms can be darkened almost perfectly (really great) and there is mosquitonets on all the windows so everything else stays out while you let some fresh air in.
