− Bed was hard. Property was full of pet hair, yellow stains on the floor, broken latches on patio doors,curtain ripped, damp rising in the toilet, shower cubicle had puncture marks in, no steps to access hot tub; required chairs to climb into. Concept of the multi floor pod amazing, execution requires significant improvement
Relaxing, exciting, best two days 😁
8.0Location was perfect as we came for the zip wire experience. It was a beautiful bonus with the river running right outside our pod, so calming. We enjoyed the onsite pub for drinks and food on our first night. Staff were wonderful and the food amazing. Ogwen park is a lovely place to stay.
− Some bits inside need bit of tlc like the curtain across the bed needs repair. Struggled lifting the top of hot tub suppose more us than the product but not much room to execute it safer.

10.0Perfect setting right by the river. The hot tub was partially covered so even when the weather was a little drizzly, the hot tub could still be enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be booking again
