I really liked the way you decorated the house.

− We recently booked your house for our holiday stay, but we are extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall facilities provided. Upon arrival, we noticed that the house was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust and cobwebs, particularly on the ceiling fans and in the toilet next to the living room and kitchen. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially considering the rates you charge. Additionally, we expected a comfortable and relaxing stay, but the lack of air conditioning in this hot weather made it difficult. The fans were not arranged properly, and on the both nights, both main bedrooms were unbearably hot, with inadequate ventilation. We were thinking if there is no ác is that means you provided something enough in this hot weather. That’s why we didn’t use your single rooms as we didn’t have enough fans . We were traveling with young children, and it was extremely difficult to live comfortably under these conditions. Wifi was also not working, which has been a major inconvenience. Given the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and maintenance. We booked this house expecting a luxurious stay, but unfortunately, we did not find any luxury or comfort. Even basic amenities like kitchen and bathroom candles were completely used up. We have taken photos as proof of the unclean conditions. We have taken photos will send you via email. Great clean location.

Location was good and also the house itself was clean with good bathrooms, kitchen and bbq. Good lock up shed to store bikes in.

− One of the beds you couldn’t get to as the ladder had been taken down.

The accommodation and location suited our party very well

Beautiful home. Well presented and had all the creature comforts of home. Close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay, house is probably more suited to a winter getaway 😉

Nice big house with great character. Beautiful garden, great quiet location. Bathrooms are nice, main one is lovely.

− Not enough pillows (this is a necessity) & no spare bedding. Not all power points worked, house too hot & no air conditioning & no fly screens on windows to let cool evening breeze in.
