− There was no wifi - said was offered in arrival book but no landline cord connected or easy instructions of wha network to select!

Beautiful location only 10 mins from Pauanui town, very quiet , very peaceful , very well presented. Other residents & guests very quiet & respectful. Plenty of room for us (4 adults 1 child under 5). House was warm & comfortable (Feb/ March) with plenty of air flow. Gas / electric fire & electric heaters are available for winter. House had everything we needed and more. Desktop fans available to use. Pool/ gym area very clean & tidy. Easy self check in & check out. Very clear instructions & directions. 2 cars fit on the driveway, garage available but was set up with outdoor lounge, dining furniture & 2 single beds. Spa bath in ensuit (didn't use) , upstairs balcony off of master bedroom & plenty of cupboards for storage throughout the house. Extra blankets available. Yes - we would stay again.

− Shower water pressure is very weak, temperature very intermittent from extremely hot to very cold, could not have a consistent temperature for shower of 10 minutes. Table lamp in double bedroom broken, unable to use safely. No BBQ (I think it was advertised that there is one available). Internet / mobile phone roaming signal virtually non-existent, no WIFI available - not ideal for working or checking home security cameras while away! Gate curfew, unsure if this was advertised or not, took away our flexibility to do day trips out of town as this added pressure of time limits due to gates being locked 10:00pm - 7:00am. Unsure how this would work in an emergency situation!

Lovely, peaceful location. House was clean, spacious, very comfortable.

− A map of the complex would have been helpful - we had difficulty locating the pool. We were suprised there was no restaurant on site. Restaurants and cafes in Pauanui were closed. Seems the time of week and year were not good.

The shower in the M/bed

− No WiFi, We had terrible weather and were stuck inside for 6 days and we had no idea about surround road closures during the deadly storms, I dont own a satellite phone so we were stuffed. I know coverage is bad, but not WIFI it was perfect at the club house, but that was a drive up the road.anyway, please get WIFI. - Broken tap mixer in kitchen - M/bed toilet seat loose, nearly slipped off the toilet...anyway apart from that it was a great stay, would stay there again.also that leak above the garage really needs to be fixed ASAP.
