9.0Clean and tidy with everything as per description. Beautifully presented with a welcoming vibe. Communication throughout the booking period and stay keeping us informed. Highly recommend, great value.
Great position and lovely house
10.0Great location, suited our group, facilities wonderful, walking across the road to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and town centre. Close proximity to Ulverstone Golf Course - will definitely book again

We had a great stay in Penguin and really enjoulyed our little house.
9.0Good separation of bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 couples. Great kitchen and dining space Great wood fire for winter.
− The second bathroom had no bench space at all to store wetpack etc
What a perfect spot, right on the foreshore and the heart of Penguin - so well appointed, we had such a lovely stay

Warm and cosy in great location
10.0We had a wonderful stay in this warm and cosy home. The location is fantastic, with an easy stroll to local shops and cafes. The open-plan living featuring a large, comfortable couch and a fireplace made the space especially welcoming. The beautiful water views were a real highlight and could be enjoyed from several areas of the home. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the bathroom – the bathtub was perfect for unwinding, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Beds were really comfortable and nice linen. A comfortable, well-appointed home in a great location. Highly recommend

10.0Nothing could have been better. The place was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. The house faces the sea and is just a stone's throw from the beach. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach and loved meeting the friendly neighborhood dogs. The house was spotless, and the beds, bedding, and linens were of excellent quality and very comfortable. The fireplace added warmth and a cozy ambiance to the living room during the chilly winter nights. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, reacting quickly whenever any issue arose. Had provided everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.
