Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber, nett eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und genügend Geschirr waren vorhanden. Spültabs und Waschpulver waren da.. Dass uns auch Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, fanden wir super. Das Reihenhaus liegt ruhig, etwas abseits vom Ort, aber man ist nach 400 Meter am Strand und in den Ort sind es zu Fuß knapp 15 Minuten. Die beiden Schlafzimmer, besonders das mit dem Balkon mit Meerblick, waren schön. Die Betten waren bequem. An den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter. Wir hatten eine eine Woche gebucht und die Reinigung mit Bettwäschewechsel und Handtuchwechsel erfolgte bereits nach 3 Tagen. Per Whatsapp und Email wurde auch nachgefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist.

− Leider war eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus, aber es hat uns nicht zu sehr gestört, da die Arbeiter meist erst ab 9.00 Uhr anfingen und wir tagsüber am Strand waren. Bei starkem Wind haben die Rolläden in der Nacht sehr geklappert. Das Appartment im Souterrain roch etwas muffig.

I would have given the property a 8.5 rating but that isn't possible! It is a nice property but for us there were some disadvantages. The house is 1,292 square feet but it doesn't feel spacious as the lower floor is only accessible from outside. The location was good as it is close to the beach and it is a pleasant walk into Plakias which we really liked. ThinkVilla were excellent with their communications to us and the lady (owner?) who cleaned the house and gave us the keys was very welcoming. Although there is no parking we always found a spot to park on the nearby street

− It wasn't possible to position the shower head on the wall in the upstairs bathroom. We therefore used the downstairs shower but the shower head kept flopping down and as a section of glass had been removed from the shower cubicle one had to be careful not to get water all over the floor. There is some funny plastic piping sticking out of some of the walls. The house is an end unit of 3 terraced houses. We did hear some noise from the house next door. The field next to the house was being cleared by a bull dozer during our final night there. I think houses might be built in the field which would block the view and create noise during the construction process.

Nice hosts. Great location - 300 m from sandy beach.
