The location was fine as expected

− The cottage is in need of some TLC, the garden was overgrown ad wild. the rooms are reasonably clean but could be much better and the bathrooms could have been more user friendly. We wanted to contact the owners but could not, the numbers given were not answered so we had no way of reporting any problems. The kitchen was well equiped but the oven and some of the cooking equipment was dirty. There needed to be another source of heat in the dinning area as the radiators were not enough. The bathroom in the main bedroom was small and cramped and the water flooded the windowsill. The linen was clean and the towels fine. The steps to the parking and also down to the road are very very slippery when wet, not suitable to anyone with any unsteadiness at all.

Absolutely beautiful location, extremely quiet and peaceful Lovely spacious, clean cottage with an excellent kitchen/family area with stunning sea views. Bed linen and towels very clean..Private parking was a bonus as was the extremely short walk to the local pub restaurant and sea walks..

− The property is somewhat tired and could do with investment throughout... broken pictures stood against walls, cupboard full of games but all broken and with pieces missing, very shabby curtains in the rooms, window frames in dire need of re-staining....unfortunately the wi-fi connection was very poor and the top box not functioning so unable to use the TV due to constant buffering.. several evenings we would have liked to have watched a film together and couldn't. Also two diggers started work quite early in the morning at the front of the property... clearing the ground but this of course was temporary

It doesn't feel like much thought has been given to the guest experience.

Incredible location. Helpful instructions for arrival. Good water pressure. Excellent heating. House is full of character.

− Wish the description mentioned low ceilings and doorways. No basic condiments. Lighting in kitchen very dim. Could not find instructions for hob. Nowhere to hang coats. NOW TV not accessible because TV too old to update app. Wi-Fi is slow.
