9.0− Locating the keys.... easily found the disconnected box at back door and not the operating one via the instructions. Frustratingly phd the no. given and the person was most helpful. Also received a email re. no cleaning required but never read, however read the info on the sideboard on instructions, (note in there from a previous client, which has not been read) which stated a polished clean was required!! which we adhered to. Would be good to discard that info, and give instructions on cleaning, and rubbish etc prior to stay. Left a note on broken/not working/ empty supplies etc. Beautiful touch on your gift, thankyou. Your place is truly beautiful.

9.0Stunning location. Loved watching the boats and jetskis out on the lake from the deck. Also an easy walk to the boatramp and beach. Beds were comfortable. Spa on the deck was wonderful and enjoyed very much.
− We really needed some kind of shade on the deck. There was no umbrella or covering of any kind so it was difficult to enjoy meals outside in the sun. Also, needed some more mixing bowls, dishes (pyrex etc) in the kitchen as there was very little for six adults all eating and preparing food onsite for a week. The rubbish bags and toilet paper ran out.
Amazing lake views and location to see South Taupo and National Park.
8.0Amazing view of the lake which you can look at for hours out the lounge window. Comfy beds and couches and well stocked kitchen appliances. Great to have Sky TV, Netflix and wifi.
− The Spa filter needed cleaning and chlorinating as water wasn’t super clean.
