− Die Kommunikation per Whats App und Ausweisvorlage über Whats App hat uns stutzig gemacht. Sonstige Kommunikation und Betreuung super.

10.0La vista sul lago strepitosa, comoda la fermata per l'autobus per arrivare a Bellagio, mentre quella per i battelli era un po' più lontana (circa 20 min a piedi)

− Traffic is crazy Parking is 200m from the apartment WiFi is very slow Area is not great Some buildings are vacant and in very bad shape
Quelques remarques pratiques
7.0La cuisine est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle et les deux salles de bains. Nous ajoutons une excellente communication, agréable en prime, avec la conciergerie et le propriétaire. La proximité du lac et des villages tout autour est très appréciable.
− Le matelas du lit de 160 dans la chambre du 1er est trop mou (mal de dos). Le stationnement privé de la voiture est éloigné de la location et peu accessible (prudence avec manœuvres). La terrasse est belle mais pour profiter de la vue, il faut rester debout... (Un sol plus haut serait judicieux.) A noter également qu'elle se situe au 3e étage alors que la cuisine est au 1er). Pour l'équipement de la cuisine, il manque cependant un économe, un égouttoir et une paire de ciseaux. Concernant les informations sur l'annonce, il serait bien de compléter les photos par un descriptif des pièces par étage (disposition).
