De rust, prachtige natuur waar je op uitkijkt, ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten. Heerlijk zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Schoon en gezellig ingericht. Fijn balkon waar je gezellig je maaltijden kunt nuttigen. Het ligt ver van de Spaanse drukte en toerisme. Dat merk je in de dorpjes eromheen, wellicht dat de Spanjaarden hierdoor in deze omgeving wat toegankelijker en vriendelijker lijken te zijn. Pittoreske dorpjes en mooie natuur zodat je fijne (pittige) wandelingen kunt maken en gezellige uitstapjes. Lieve gastheer en gastvrouw die veel informatie bieden en privacy bewust zijn.

Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber und es fehlte nichts. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit Obst, selbstgemachter Marmelade und Wein. Die Vermieterin gab uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Es ist sehr ländlich und absolut ruhig. Am Pool lässt es sich gut entspannen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

− In ländlicher Gegend gibt es natürlich auch Hunde, die ab und an nachts und in den Morgenstunden zu hören sind.

Lugar muy tranquilo y bonito para una escapada

La casa está ubicada en un hermoso paraje natural muy tranquilo. El alojamiento muy cómodo y bonito. Además disponía de una piscina que se agradece en verano. Los anfitriones, Sabina y Robert, han sido muy amables y atentos. Está a poca distancia de localidades que merecen la pena visitar como Priego de Córdoba, Alcalá la Real, ... y además también hay zonas cercanas para realizar senderismo.

A Relaxing Rural Stay in Andalusia

Gorgeous rural house in the mountains of Andalusia. Very peaceful with a variety of walks/hikes on the doorstep, along with a beautiful pool area to relax and unwind. The mountain apartment is a great size for two and is very well equipped. There is a full kitchen, including toaster, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, gas hob & fridge/freezer. The bed is enormous which as a tall couple, we were so thankful for! It is bigger than our bed at home, we miss it! 🤣 There is also a stove for the colder months. The outdoor balcony space is lovely with a view of the mountains. It was an added plus that this apartment is round the corner from other seating areas so not to be directly above anyone. There is space to dine, barbecue & a clothes airer to dry any washing. For a heatwave in August, we found the apartment to be relatively cool and very well aired/ventilated vs other apartments we have stayed in within the European Summer. With shutters closed during the day and windows open in the evening, we were very comfortable. Personally, I much prefer no air con so I was thankful of this! I can imagine the apartment being very cosy in the colder months too, with use of the stove. Sabina and Robert were very friendly and we very much appreciated their help and guidance throughout our stay. Sabina is very communicative and provided many recommendations for dining, activities and more nearby! Really lovely people. Special shout out to Blacky, Bobby & Whitey who also made our trip all the more special!

Este lugar nos dio un silencio fantástico, unas vistas preciosas y mucha paz. En solo seis días nos hemos recargado por completo. Ni siquiera queríamos irnos. La anfitriona, Sabina, es maravillosa y muy hospitalaria. Nos recibió a nuestra llegada y después encontramos en el apartamento varias sorpresas: una sandía, aceite de oliva de su propia producción, vino, cerveza y, por supuesto, almendras y cacahuetes. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Quizá en este calor habría venido bien un aire acondicionado, aunque por la noche refrescaba y los ventiladores fueron suficientes. Las ventanas tienen mosquiteras. La piscina y la zona de descanso son estupendas. Sabina nos dio mucha información sobre qué visitar y dónde comer. Si volvemos a esta región, sin duda elegiremos este lugar.

− No es que no nos haya gustado. Quizá, a veces, los encantadores perros de los anfitriones ladraban cuando ya estábamos durmiendo, y había un gato con sonidos muy peculiares. Pero eso no nos molestó.

The apartment was fantastic as were the hosts! A beautiful appt nestled in the olive groves outside of Granada. The location, while remote and peaceful, is within an hour from several small towns with restaurants, historic sites and great hikes. The views and sunrises can’t be beat. Highly recommend!
