Beautiful, compact cottage, in a private gated community. Stunningly well looked after, with extra touches that make your break easy and enjoyable. Very comfy beds, Beautiful kitchen, lovely garden area with seating. Easy to get to sea front through private shortcut.

Lovely property so close to the sea..it was great! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and 'the lobster pot'. My daughter was keen to take a stroll to see the sea in the dark which we did as it was so convenient. Clean and cozy cottage but lots of natural light coming in. I loved opening the doors and letting the air flow through. Private garden which was nice. Would stay here again if visiting this area.

We had a really lovely stay at Fishermans' Cottage. It had everything we needed, including an air fryer and was cosy and quiet. It was a 5 minute walk down to the Lobster Pot which was a great place to hang out on the seafront, before walking/roller skating along the promenade to Bognor. The kids loved playing on the beach and there are plenty of activities to do as well including mini golf and pedaloes in the nearby park. Lynn was really helpful in sending lots of information so we were never short of ideas.

Perfect location for a beach vacation

Great location within 5 minutes walk of the beach and the lobster pot. It was great having an enclosed sun-trap garden. Kitchen was very well stocked - perhaps overly so, would be good to create a little room to store food purchased during the stay. Lounge comfortable with a decent sized TV. Beds comfy too. Shower roomy and powerful after a day at the beach! Host was very communicative with an issue we had during the stay, though it couldn't be resolved whilst we were there. Parking was easy and the neighbours were understanding of the need to unload outside their homes!

− The property would benefit from a bit more storage and shelf space - a shelf in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc, one in the hallway for sunglasses and keys, etc, a shoe rack in the lounge maybe. We had quite a bit of stuff and not many places to put it, which was fine for our stay, but the cottage isn't fully exploited for storage (noting that it isn't a large property).

I am about to book again for next year! Can’t wait!
