Gazena House in Vournikas provided an exceptional experience. First of all, just astonishing views to South, Vassiliki valley, Kefalonia, Ithaca; both day and night. The house itself was and is perfect also for off-season travelling; it has central heating (woodfire) for cool times, as well as A/C. Combined with the hospitality of the Hosts, you could not wish for more.

The house is located in a quiet area, equipped with everything you need, very friendly owners and eager to help you with anything you need. With parking space, maybe the roads are a bit narrow, but the view from the terrace definitely compensates for this. We felt very good here, I can recommend it.

A very, very nice stay.

We all enjoyed the view, the quietness, the charm of the house. The host was very kind and answered all our requests. Even more, we forgot some items at the property and he was so gentle and generous that he sent them to Athens free of charge.
