− Amenities were very basic. No complimentary coffee or tea which really costs nothing but it is irritating when you arrive (check in only after 4pm) and have to go shopping for basics. Check out between 9 and 10 am really means you pay for a bed to sleep in and a shower before you leave. No time to enjoy what could have been a lovely Somerset village experience, the kind of thing my partner and I love to do. Mores the pity, as little touches and a bit of forethought would have made this an entirely different experience.
Excellent bolt hole to relax and unwind.
