Das Haus war großartig! Gross und sehr schön! Super tolle Gastgeber immer vor Ort gewesen wenn man was gebraucht hat! Waren nett man hat sich willkommen gefühlt 🙏! Super Pool und die komplette Außenanlage war super schön! Wir kommen wieder 🫶 Das Haus ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos! Vielen Dank

It was at a nice, calm place a bit out of town. The pool was great, the yard was clean and well kept. The outdoor kithen and toilette was very useful. The rooms were big, both bathrooms very nice. A big kitchen was great for cooking, the kitchen utencils were great, there aas enough of them for 8 people. We didn’t leave the proprety and we had a great 4 day stay.

Wir haben im Juni 2026 in diesem Haus gewohnt und waren rundum begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber. Yana, die herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin, empfahl uns einen wunderschönen Strand. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über Klimaanlage und Sonnenliegen, und es gibt einen großen Pool im Freien. Strand und Stadt Pula sind nur 15 Autominuten entfernt – sehr praktisch! Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!

− Majitelia bývajú v AREÁLI DOMU, resp. na záhrade - zatajili to! Každý druhý deň Vám budú chodiť na záhradu - vynášať smeti atď a to Vás povačšine zobudí (nemáte pokoja). I keď im poviete, že nemusia chodiť, robia si čo chcú, keďže bývaju u Vás na záhrade! Chodia si do domu vo vašej neprítomnosti. Stále vás upozorňujú na to, že je “špinavý” bazén, pritom je normalne, že do bazéna popadajú listy atď. Mali by si kúpiť robotický vysávač. Chýbali základné veci napr. wc papier, kapsule do umývačky atď (boli tak na prvé 2 dni) Píšu, že majú grill, ale je to len plynová platňa. Ich pes stále šťeká - je to otravné. Vypýtajú si od Vás plus 150€ keď neupracete celý dom (kompletné upratanie). Za psa si pýtaju poplatok 12€ na deň…. V neposlednom rade je majiteľka dosť nepríjemná. Vôbec neodporúčam sem chodiť a hlavne teda nie so psami. The owners live in the HOUSE AREA, or rather in the garden - they hid it! Every other day they will go to your garden - take out the trash etc. and it usually wakes you up (you have no peace). Even if you tell them they don't have to go, they do WHATEVER they want, since they live in your garden! They go to the house in your absence. Basic things were missing, e.g. toilet paper, dishwasher capsules etc. (they were like that for the first 2 days) They write that they have a grill, but it's only a gas stove. Their dog keeps barking - it's annoying. They ask you for an extra €150 if you don't clean the whole house (complete cleaning). They keep warning you that the pool is dirty. It is normal for leaves etc. to fall into the pool. They should buy a robotic vacuum cleaner. They ask for a fee of €12 per day for the dog. Last but not least, the owner is quite unpleasant. I do not recommend going here at all, especially not with dogs.

Nous avons passé des vacances magnifiques dans cette maison avec piscine, la villa était superbe très propre et parfaitement équipée,idéale pour se détendre. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et attentionné, vous avez un petit souci , Jana et son mari sont tout de suite là pour régler le problème. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.
