高歌到半夜不怕吵到鄰居
8.0客廳很大很寬敞，空間可以再多設置家具或弄成地墊遊戲區、保齡球道之類 餐桌區及沙發桌區劃分可再分明些較理想，缺點是無設置客用廁所，若要上洗手間要回各自房間，稍微較不便
− 廚房地板很滑！只要洗東西 地板弄濕了，幾乎好幾個人 都有滑了一下，小孩還在台階區滑倒2次，希望地板能放吸水地墊，或是防滑處理！塗層鍋具類全都脫漆磨損，設備有待更新，供人數眾多入住，卻沒有大的冷水壺，杯子也是150cc的小茶杯，不方便 後來大家都拿紙杯裝。
