The house is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The grounds are absolutely amazing. Carlo was very friendly and helpful. All of us, 8 adults and 6 children, had a brilliant time.

Great location for walking, nice rooms, kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful view from the garden, there is a park next to the river. We had high hopes for this place, to be regular customers, but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations, the place is absolutely not suitable for 14 adults as advertised. We were 10 adults( 4 men, 3 women, 3 teenagers) and one 6 years old child.

− From the very beginning no one met us at 5pm, completely by chance some woman arrived by car and gave us a little explanation. We only saw the owner the next day when we had to call him because our friend got stuck in the shower under cold water. The owner was not very friendly and said that we were using too much hot water. Later I found out that only two men had showered that morning, the third was unlucky and one woman had washed vegetables and some breakfast plates. Absolute lack of hot water, very easy to get stuck in the shower with soap as our friend. Because of this, not one of 3 women was able to take a shower for 4 days. There is barely enough hot water for 3 adults bald men to have 10 min shower. The WiFi didn't work, so to watch the movie I had to connect my own from my phone. Iron creaky beds with the cheapest mattresses create maximum discomfort so that you don’t get enough rest and are exhausted the next day. The stairs creak so much noisy that you wake up when your neighbour goes to the toilet at night. Right behind the fence is the owner's sawmill, where he cuts wood during the day , it is impossible to sit outside, enjoy the fresh air and read a book. There was no fire pit, although the woman said that they had one and guests could use it, and the grill for meat was provided to us as a favour, although it was listed in all the lists of services provided. Well, the cherry on the top of cake, 30.10. at 9pm we wanted to scare our teenagers and for no more than 5 minutes I ran after them like a zombie, the neighbours immediately expressed their dissatisfaction with the noise. Although the owner had declared a quiet hour from 11p.m. The party mood was spoiled.
