Truly Magnificent
10.0The house and all its furnishings truly were magnificent. The garden with all its beautful plants and unique ornaments offered interest at every turn. The bedrooms and views were luxurious with amazing views. Parking was very easy. The walk into Swanage so easy.
− If you have severe mobility issues the quick route from the cottage to swanage was a little steep.

10.0Well what can I say about this house... it is amazing, unique, quirky and very interesting in fact we have never stayed in a house quite like it before. The family all got together for a long weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us and 2 little dogs, the garden is spectacular, we were lucky to have sunny weather and spent a lot of time outside, my granddaughter loved finding all the animal statues and playing hide and seek, what I particularly liked was that the garden was completely enclosed which allowed the dogs to go in and out as they pleased In the evening it was nice to sit in the large conservatory and read some of the vast selection of books and just chill with a glass of wine. I /we cannot recommend this place enough and we would all love to return... thank you to our host Stephen

10.0Absolutely amazing place, full of interesting furniture and artifacts, with some lovely spaces both inside the house and outside. The enclosed garden is truly wonderful - and incredible to be so near the town centre, yet so secluded. Fabulously comfortable beds and bed linen. Loved the sea views. Super, well-equipped kitchen. Great water pressure in the bathrooms, and gorgeous bath toiletries. Overall, wonderful attention to detail in every way.

10.0We had a fantastic stay at Clarence Cottage; a really special place. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was an abundance of hot water. The gardens are fabulous, with lots of different places to sit and enjoy the peace. We were blessed with lovely weather and it was in such a great position for exploring Swanage. Parking was super easy too. A really special place to unwind and relax.
− A tiny point, and possibly user error, we couldn't work out how to use the Aga, so some more detailed info on that would be great.
