10.0Quiet neighborhood with a cute garden and place to bar b.q. TV that played YouTube music while we cooked and ate. Showers were great and the availability to wash laundry was a bonus! The A.C. was much appreciated as well while the ceiling fan kept air moving throughout the home. My husband felt very secure/safe and cozy in the tastefully decorated home.
− Parking was available but a little tricky for a midsized car. We liked being able to park inside but it was hard to get in and out of the car (not a complaint just our least favorite part)
