6.0Sehr gute Lage zum Lenzer Hafen.
− Wenn ich eine Reinigungspauschale bezahle erwarte ich eine suabere Wohnung. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Überall hingen Spinnen von den Decken. Der Kaffeefilter wurde nicht entsorgt.
Für 7 Gäste nur bedingt geeignet. Preis-Leistung (-)!
4.0Das Haus liegt ruhig mit ausreichend großem Grundstück zum Ruhen und/oder Spielen. Die Nähe zum See mit Badesteg ist sehr schön.
− Hauptkritikpunkt: Wir haben das Haus für 7 Personen gebucht und bezahlt. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass der Essplatz nur für 5 Personen vorgesehen war (Eckbank für 3 und 2 Stühle !). Mit dem einzigen Stuhl aus dem Schlafzimmer 6 Sitzplätze am Esstisch. Nach telefonischer Reklamation bei K&K bekamen wir einen Tag später 2 Gartenstühle, unseres Erachtens recht widerwillig mit der Aussage: "Da hat sich noch niemand beschwert"! Auch die Terrassenmöbel sind standardmäßig nur für 6 Personen vorgesehen. Couchecke auch nur für max. 5 Personen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leider rech weit entfernt.
