We had a lovely couple of nights at The Cottage and would happily recommend it to others.
9.0Very cosy, clean, well heated and bright. Beds were very comfy. Great location, quiet but not remote. And a nice touch to leave bikes for guests to use. Perfect location for exploring east Norfolk - seeing the seals at Horsey Gap was fantastic. We took our own board games but there is well stocked cupboard of games and books if you need them.
− No coffee machine so we had to take our own! Having stayed in a lot of different holiday properties over the last couple of years we were surprised by the lack of ‘extras’ especially given the price and distance from the closest shop. The toiletries just looked like they were left behind by the previous guests and so did the half jar of marmite and packet of sugar in the cupboard. There were teabags and sachets of instant coffee but a welcome basket with new products or produce just for you is always a feel good moment when you first arrive.
