Practically perfect villa

The villa is very big and spacious. The pool is outstanding. The air con in each room was fantastic Little games/books/dvds/toys and pool stuff that make it a home from home. Amazing views from master bedroom and option to sunbathe out there Cooking facilities good and lots of utensils. Outside space is great and spacious Comfortable sun loungers and amazing views Double beds were amazingly comfortable Little bits presuming left from other guests save plenty of money such as herbs/spices/salt/foil/cleaning products. We topped it up ourselves. Washing machine and dishwasher great All in all a perfect stay. Hopefully will be coming back next year As it is in the mountains there are lots of little lizards which we all loved spotting and looking at

− The single beds unfortunately were really hard and quite thin. Not very comfortable for adults. Which is a shame as the double bed mattresses were amazing. Lots of midges/ants. You do need to clean up food immediately otherwise there are army’s of ants. Not really a negative this is just typical for summer in Rhodes in 37 degree heat. We sprayed some spray that we bought which helped.

Très belle villa très bien équipée, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, très agréable et entièrement climatisée où nous avons séjourné 4 jours.La piscine incroyable est essentielle notamment sous des chaleurs de 40 degrés. Vue magnifique avec un lever de soleil qui nous permet de voir la Turquie!. Les restaurants locaux à proximité sont de bonnes qualité. Les propriétaires étaient à l'écoute et très réactifs pour répondre à nos besoins. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Three out of the four bedrooms in the villa have a sea view, as does the kitchen-living-dining area on the ground floor. The villa is simply but well-equipped, clean, and fully air-conditioned. The view is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The main attraction is the huge pool in the yard, which also offers a perfect view of the sea. Unfortunately, during the last two days of our stay, the water quality in the pool deteriorated somewhat due to a malfunction in the filtration system. However, the maintenance team was already working on fixing it and cleaning the pool without any separate complaint from us. It was likely to be excellent again in the following days. We also appreciated that there was a washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as two large refrigerators. With eight people in 40-degree heat, these were essential. Additionally, there were nice touches such as English-language books, children's beach toys, and a cooler bag for outings and beach trips. These are the kinds of things you don’t expect but are delighted to find when you arrive. Unfortunately, these are items one cannot easily bring on a plane.

− There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like, but it's worth noting the following: In Rhodes, there are many stray cats that enter yards, so it's essential not to leave food or drinks on the terrace table, even for a few minutes. Additionally, there are many bugs and insects in the evenings, so it's advisable to keep the mosquito nets strictly closed. While the building was clean, we did see a couple of cockroaches. This might be natural in the summer season there, but we were very concerned about possibly bringing any of them home with us.

Extremely comfortable villa in a stunning location with beautiful views. Very spacious and well equiped. Local restaurants and the proximity of Lindos provide lots of choice for eating out. Loads of games in the villa made it feel like Christmas at 33C. Have already booked again and can't wait to go back!

Great location for my 130 th trip to Rodos one of the best villas I’ve stopped at.
