10.0Posizione ottima per il centro e per le spiagge. Molto tranquilla, autentica nel senso che è una casa datata di campagna costruita x essere una prima abitazione. Attrezzatissima e grande. In mezzo al verde, fuori dal caos e a soli pochi minuti dal centro.

9.0all around trees and nice temperature. seeing full sunset from balcony and kitchen. easy and quick access to main seasides. completely noiceless. ideal for family with children, nice yard and garden. for price to value I give the maximum. nearby beach livadaki with 50cm water depth till 300m away from the beach is ideal for children learning swimming without the danger of drowning.
