Overall our experience was fabulous and memorable.
9.0The property was very spacious and clean. The outdoor area had plenty to do activity wise.
− On the day we arrived there was no heating or hot water. I feel like this affected the first couple of hours trying to enjoy our experience at the lodge and could have been offered complementary late check out but weren’t.
Everything was perfect, the family had a great time...would definitely recommend the property.

Disappointed with the state of the house.
4.0The house was great, wee loved the set up of the furniture and lay out of the rooms
− The floor, the ENTIRE floor downstairs, was sticky, we had to clean it on arrival. The floor also had multiple pieces of broken glass throughout the various rooms, we had 4 children and every one of them was cut at least once. We had to brush and hoover the entire downstairs to make it safe. On the 2nd day I started to collect the glass and I have attached a photo of all the pieces I found. This was AFTER we had brushed and hoovered alot of glass. I have no idea how the previous occupants managed to break so much! The house just wasn't ready for guests.

10.0Stayed before and it was amazing yet again location brilliant hot tub and house is fantastic! Peaceful out the way of everything.
