Poor experience

− Rats, Rats Rats!! Through the night they run through the ceiling scratching and scampering. Many large and small rodents make it impossible to sleep. Property not clean. Pee stains on the toilet walls, dirty benches and, sinks. Instructions wrong. Lockbox broken, required a call. Rental company returned our tramping shoes... but made us pay for the handling and postage even though the experience was so abysmal. No discount, compensation or other. DO NOT STAY HERE!

− Absolutely disappointed We arrived & There was no keys as the lock box was broken,then we could no get in contact with anyone for a good couple of hours for them to tell us the key was under the mat,, Then we had no water till 11pm once the water was turned on it didn't heat till 2am House was in desperate need of a air out also there was couple of mice running around, We are still waiting for contact for a Compensation
