10.0Beautiful cottage, much bigger than photo suggests. Quiet location with great views. Everything you need. Beds really comfy. Would return.

Charm, character, great location and all the mod cons.
10.0We stayed for four nights at the central point of an 18 day driving holiday and the cottage was a perfect home base. We walked into Staveley a number of times and the location is just so pretty. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and the information folder was really helpful. We like to stay in heritage properties with character and charm and Fellfoot Cottage had all that plus all the modern conveniences.

8.0Great location, availability last minute due to another cancellation. Really tastefully decorated inside, two log burners, comfy sofas, and a TV with freeview channels. Good internet connection and supremely comfortable beds. Great location close to Staveley and full kitchen for self catering. Loved the place!
− There was one toilet roll for the whole weekend stay and the house is intended for up to four people so I thought this was quite measly, there is also not enough wood for the log burners but the guest book does state that they only provide a starter kit. I would make sure you buy a couple of sacks of logs from Spar in Staveley if you intend to use both burners.

10.0Very cosy cottage with log fire, lovely kitchen diner.. Both bedrooms were a good size. Nicely decorated. Good location for walking in Kentmere. Great bakery and pub nearby in Staveley.
