was a short stay, paid for 2 nights as were arriving before check (only a couple of hours in the end
9.0Modern, private and comfortable. Relatively clean. Some stains or wipe marks all through the kitchen - benches and cupboards. Warm house so if it you're there when it is hot, it might be great to have a fan in each of the bedrooms. Good if you like dogs as a friendly frenchie visited for a pat and tummy rub.
− Probably need fly spray or bug spray kept in the house. TV ideally would be in the lounge. Be aware of trains rocking the cottage, gave us a fright at first. Fans in the bedrooms for hot nights/days.
Comfortable perfect size for a family of four. Would book again if travelling around the area.
9.0Mel was prompt in replying queries. She made sure the house was warm and properly lit as we arrived in the evening. Good room sizes with comfortable beds and overall the house is clean. My daughter also enjoy the good selection of books.
− everything was great about the property aside from there was an occasional trembling of the house but it wasn’t that disturbing it lasted for a few seconds, we thought it could by a train passing by??
