The location was superb right on the front and couldn't be bettered

− There were no instructions of some over complex lighting and the kitchen equipment was unnecessarily complex for a short stay

Lovely open plan house great for our group. Fantastic location just by the beach.

− We had an issue with the internet not working which was a shame, but the agent did try to rectify. The whole house would have beniefited from a deep clean.

This was undoubtedly the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. It is huge, open plan and has beautiful furniture and fittings. Perfect for a family or friends get together. It was spotlessly clean and everything looked new and cared for. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, with 3 on the first floor having access to a sea view large balcony. It was warm, well lit and a superb well stocked kitchen. Dealing with the agent/owner was very easy and they accommodated a slightly early check in immediately which we so appreciated as one of our party was flying in from Germany. We had the best time... From the minute we opened the door. We will stay there again and again, cannot recommend highly enough.

Spacious, good location, comfortable bedrooms with en suites.

− Downstairs bedroom en-suite has water on floor at all times. Drainage of floor needs to be redone as puddle collects in wet room. Blind in bedroom upstairs needed fixing and light bulb changed. Scales don’t work in kitchen. Decor not to my taste.

Nice but some details took the pleasure off.

Location and decor

− We had to clean glasses and one cupboard that had baking flour spilt over it. The kettle had a dodgy switch that gave out on the last day. I light bulb blew on the last night in one bedroom that tripped the consumer unit. Could not find the consumer unit so assumed it was in one of the locked areas so no lights for 90% of the upstairs including the stairs and landing.
