Top Lage und Haus am Meer mit allem was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca benötigen.
9.0Unkomplizierte, freundliche Übergabe und Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Lage direkt an der Küste, ruhige, sichere Wohngegend aber trotzdem nahe gelegen von Ortschaften wie Capdepera und Cala Ratjada

7.0Posizione sul mare e vista. Bella anche la piscina.
− Terrazza non usufruibile per la colazione a causa della mancanza di un ombrellone aggiuntivo, le tende che ci sono anche se estese completamente non danno ombra. La dotazione di base messa a disposizione in cucina è carente, 3 pastiglie lavastoviglie, 3 strofinacci, 1 bottiglia di sapone. Mancano coperchi alle pentole e in generale dotazione insufficiente per 6 persone. Forno con temperatura non regolabile, termostato rotto. Presenza di formiche zona cucina. Oscuranti in camere da letto palesemente insufficienti, la mattina quando sorge il sole alle 6.50 le camere sono completamente illuminate, impossibile continuare dormire.
