Had a great time. Invited another couple to share the experience. We all had a great time.
10.0Property is great. Location is great. Both upstairs and downstairs have balconies with street views. There is no water view. The neighbor across the street has many trees with many leaves that totally blocked any view of the water during our stay. Might be different before the leaves bloom. West Wing neighbors used the downstairs balcony quite a bit as they did not have a street view. So we mainly used the upstairs balcony which was okay. The house has lots of rules in order to maintain the historic quality of the mansion. It’s a great historic mansion in a comfortable setting and a great location to explore Edgartown. The free bikes on the property were a big plus for us. Got great value with our Booking.Com reservation. The manager Platt was very responsive. Highly recommend.
− Was caught of guard by all the rules. But it is an historic property so I get it. Hated that there was no water view which was the main reason we selected it over other properties.
