− L’isolation n’est pas idéale et les aboiements de chiens autour non plus.
The apartment is nice but really needs a renovation.
6.0The host is very friendly. We arrived very late (1:00 AM) and everything was prepared for our arrival. She was available per WhatApp to answer all our requests very promptly. The apartment is spacious, has a terrace and it decently equipped. There is a possibility to park in front of the house or a few meters away in a larger parking spot.
− The apartment really needs a renovation, especially the bathroom. The same applies for the entire property including the garden. The location is closed to the sea but the beach at the end of the street is not very clean. There are not too many going out possibilities in the area (restaurants, bars, playgrounds). The handling of the selective garbage collection is not well aligned with the other apartments in the property. Each apartment had to take out the trash bin on the side-walk every evening. This caused a lot of confusion.
In general, the stay was very good. I am thankful to the owner for providing such a nice experience
8.0I liked a lot the terrace with a beautiful view, nice and clean apartment with all equipment necessary for living, the host was very nice and friendly
− The fact that the way to the bathroom goes through another room, and sometimes we had troubles with one of the air conditioning (but i guess it's something fixable) the communication via messages on booking.com wasn't great, better to contact the owner directly through phone/messenger
